Vacuum Insulation Panel (VIP)
- VIPs are the most superior insulation material among existing insulators.
- High-performance VIPs are used in Cold Chain Passive transportation containers.
- Among domestic Cold Chain companies, we are the only ones capable of self-producing VIPs.
Phase Change Materials (PCM)
- Utilizes physical latent heat properties to maintain a constant temperature.
- Customized production across various temperature ranges for bio-pharmaceutical transportation possible through in-house PCM production (e.g., -70°C, -20°C, 2~8°C, 23°C, etc.).

Pre-Conditioning & Aging
1. During the freezing and aging stages, ensure a gap of at least 5mm between PCM to allow exposure of all surfaces to airflow.
2. Stabilize the freezer at -20°C for over 6 hours, then freeze the PCM for 24 hours.
3. Place the PCM in a cold storage maintained at a stable temperature of 5°C for over 6 hours, and conduct aging for 1 hour.
4. Assemble the PCM within 0.25 hours following the specified procedure in a 20°C environment.
